Buffalo Bach Project – Sunday, April 26, 2026 – 4pm-5:15pm

The Buffalo Bach Project will reunite in its original lineup for the first time in 11 years to present a program featuring Baroque works by J.S. Bach and G.F. Handel alongside contemplative music of the 20th century by Olivier Messiaen, Cyril Scott, and John Adams. Featuring soprano Maria Maxfield ( visiting from New York City, where she sings with the Metropolitan Opera Chorus ), alongside oboist Megan Kyle and cellist Katie Weissman, accompanied by St. Mark’s music director Michael McNeill ( organ, piano). $20 suggested donation; no one turned away for lack of funds.

Food Collection for Trinity Food Pantry

St. Mark’s will be collecting donations to support Trinity Hamburg food pantry. The collection will end on May 10th. Trinity is in need of the following items:

Tissues , Toilet Paper , Bar Soap , Laundry Detergent , Dish Soap , Tooth Paste , Tooth Brushes , Shampoo , Canned Fruits , Soups , Kidney Beans , Corned Beef Hash , Salad Dressing , Brownie & Cake Mixes

Ascension Evensong – Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 6pm

Join us for an Evensong Service to celebrate the Feast of the Ascension! Ascension is one of the major feast days of the church year, the beginning of the end of the Easter season as we approach Pentecost. The service will feature music from the St. Mark’s Choir, scripture, prayer, and contemplation.
